What We Do…

ICSE design, develop and deliver training programs to the Services Industry. Our goals are to enable our learners attain work, a work placement or a path onto further education providing them with the sense of dignity, identity and fulfilment that comes from securing their future.

For years, in Ireland, there has been a disconnect between the training programs provided by educational institutions and the actual skills required on the ground, within a company.

Our programs are designed after detailed consultation with leading service providers in each sector. In other words, we work with all the main employers.

With them, we identify the knowledge, skills and competency gaps that the industry perceives exist between potential employees coming to them and their exacting needs.

We identify the real skills needed by entry level employees and we tailor solutions that deliver these exact skills. No longer do students have to sit on programs for months on end getting knowledge or awards they will never use and employers no longer need.

The speed of transformation in all service industries demands candidates that are up to date with the latest systems. Employers want employees who are trained across a variety of skills.

At ICSE we deliver the training the service sector wants and we prove it with many of our first time graduates walking directly into work.
